My art gives me the opportunity to explore the intricacies of watercolour techniques through the beauty of flowers. My focus on the floral world comes from my background in commercial design, where I honed my eye for the aesthetics of colour, harmony and composition. Watercolour painting has allowed me to slow down and appreciate the beauty of every detail, capturing the flow and undulation of the sometimes delicate, sometimes rugged surfaces.
